By using starelevenai.com or engaging StarEleven for AI agents, workflow automation, AI chatbots, or RAG-based AI knowledge base services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our website or services.

StarEleven designs, builds, and supports custom AI automation — including AI agents, workflow automation (via tools like n8n and Make), AI chatbots for WhatsApp/website/ Instagram, and RAG-based AI knowledge bases. Every engagement is scoped individually; exact deliverables, timeline, and pricing are agreed with each client before work begins, typically following a free discovery call.

Pricing and timelines discussed on a discovery call or in a proposal are estimates based on the scope described at that time. Significant changes to scope during a project may require a revised quote or timeline, which we'll always discuss with you first.

To deliver a project, we typically need you to:

• Provide accurate information about your business and workflows
• Give timely access to any systems, accounts, or documents needed for the integration (e.g. WhatsApp Business, CRM, internal docs for a knowledge base)
• Review and respond to check-ins in reasonable time, so the project stays on schedule

Our automations often run on or connect to third-party platforms (WhatsApp Business API, OpenAI-based models, n8n, Make, your CRM, etc.). You're responsible for maintaining your own accounts on these platforms and complying with their terms. StarEleven isn't responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes made by third-party providers, though we'll help you adapt where we can.

Payment terms (deposits, milestones, and due dates) are set out in each client's individual quote or agreement. Work on a project begins once the agreed payment terms are confirmed.

Once a project is paid in full, the client owns the specific automation, chatbot flow, or system we built for them. StarEleven retains ownership of our own general tools, internal frameworks, and know-how used to build it — these aren't transferred just because they were used on your project.

Ongoing monitoring and optimization is part of how we work — this is the “Launch & Support” step in our process. The specific support period and scope included with a project (and what's available afterward) is confirmed with each client individually.

We build automation carefully and test before launch, but AI systems and third-party platforms aren't infallible. To the extent permitted by law, StarEleven isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the systems we build, including issues caused by third-party platform changes, outages, or misuse.

Either party can end an engagement as set out in the project's agreement. Work completed and validly invoiced up to that point remains payable.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms as our services evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
