StarEleven (“StarEleven”, “we”, “us”) is an AI automation agency that builds AI agents, workflow automation, AI chatbots (WhatsApp, website, Instagram), and RAG-based AI knowledge bases for businesses. This policy covers information collected through our website (starelevenai.com) and in the course of delivering these services to our clients.

We collect information in a few ways:

• Information you give us directly — name, email, company name, phone/WhatsApp number, and message content when you fill out our contact form, book a call, or message us on WhatsApp.

• Basic website usage data — pages visited, general location (country/city level), device/browser type, collected via analytics tools once installed on the site.
• Client project data — when we build an AI agent, chatbot, or automation for a client, we may temporarily access business data (e.g. CRM records, documents used for a knowledge base, or chat logs) strictly to build, test, and support that specific system.

• To respond to inquiries and provide quotes for our services
• To deliver, test, and support the AI systems we build for clients
• To send updates you've opted into (e.g. newsletter)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Depending on the project, we build and operate automations using tools such as n8n, Make, OpenAI-based AI models, WhatsApp Business API, and standard CRM/business software. When your data passes through these platforms as part of an automation we've built for a business you're interacting with, that platform's own privacy terms also apply. We choose reputable providers and only connect the systems needed for a given project.

We don't share your information with third parties except: (a) the tools/platforms listed above, strictly to deliver the service; (b) service providers who help us run our business (e.g. hosting, email); or (c) when required by law.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we handle, including limiting access to client data to what's needed for a project. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies for basic analytics (e.g. understanding which pages are useful) once such tools are configured. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We keep contact form and inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship plus a reasonable period for record-keeping. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 9).

You can ask us to:

• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your information, where we're not required to keep it
• Unsubscribe from any marketing emails at any time

Our services are intended for businesses, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
